Take a look at this.

This is BioLongevity Labs' complete inventory list as of today. Scroll to the bottom — you'll see GLP-3 (Retatrutide) sitting at zero.

Gone.

And it's not coming back. Not from RUO companies anyway.

Today was chaos. I just got off a call with Jay from BioLongevity Labs, and I'm going to give it to you straight — the peptide industry is about to look very different.

Here's the headline: Both Paramount Peptides and BioLongevity Labs are 100% confirmed moving into the telehealth market starting January 1st, 2026.

That means injectable peptides through RUO (Research Use Only) companies? Coming to an end.

Why is this happening?

The Department of Justice — not just the FDA — is cracking down on RUO peptide companies. The main catalyst? GLP peptides. Semaglutide, tirzepatide, and now retatrutide.

With retatrutide close to major market rollout, the pressure has intensified. Big Pharma is protecting their territory, and the DOJ is the tool they're using to do it. We all knew this was coming eventually. It's here.

What's happening right now

Companies are liquidating remaining RUO inventory before 2026 hits. If you've been waiting to stock up, this is your window. Once January comes, injectable peptides will require going through telehealth with a prescription.

Current GLP availability (RUO)

Unfortunately, GLPs are essentially gone across the board:

  • Paramount: Pulled from shelves

  • BioLongevity Labs: Sold out (retatrutide is gone)

  • Limitless: Retatrutide not listed anymore — assuming GLPs are pulled there too

What's still in stock at BioLongevity (for now)

Looking at that inventory list, here's what's running LOW:

  • Thymosin Alpha 1: 12 left

  • NAD+: 54 left

  • PEG-MGF: 77 left

  • FOXO4-DRI: 264 left

  • MOTS-c: 310 left

  • KPV: 395 left

  • SS-31: 607 left

And here's what's SOLD OUT:

  • GLP-3 (Retatrutide)

  • 5-Amino-1MQ

  • KLOW Blend

  • GHK-Cu Copper Peptide

  • L-Carnitine

If any of those low-stock items are on your list, I wouldn't wait.

What will STILL be available

Good news — capsules and small molecules (non-injectables) should continue to be sold by companies like BioLongevity Labs. It's the injectables that are changing.

What we don't know yet

Telehealth pricing for injectables in 2026 is still unclear. Raw material sourcing, compounding constraints — lots of moving parts that could affect costs. I'll keep you updated as I learn more.

Current discounts — stock up while you can

BioLongevity Labs is running 55% off with code LEE15 (plus buy 3 get 1 free on select items) plus a 25% credit back in store

Limitless is running a discount that stacks with affiliate codes — use LEE20 for up to 40% off:

Bottom line

The RUO peptide era is ending. If there are injectables you want, now is the time. After 2026, we pivot to telehealth — it's not the end of peptides, just a shift in how we access them.

I'll keep everyone updated if I hear anything new over the next few days. This is the most accurate information I have right now.

Stay informed. Stay stocked. Let's navigate this together.

P.S. — I normally don't send emails this late, but things are moving fast right now and I want to keep everyone informed. More updates coming as I get them.
