Thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for trusting me with your questions, your health journey, and your time. Thank you for every message, every comment, every "this changed my life" message that reminds me why I do this.
I don't take any of it for granted.
This Christmas is extra special for me. It's my first one as a dad.
Here's Kelsi, our three-month-old daughter Roxy, and me celebrating together. We traveled out to East Tennessee to introduce Roxy to the entire family for the first time — she was an absolute rock star. Got home late, exhausted, and it was 100% worth every minute.

Life looks different now. Better. Fuller. More chaotic in the best way.

The peptide industry is shifting. Regulations are changing. Some of our favorite sources are pivoting to telehealth. There's noise everywhere, and it's easy to get pulled into fear and negativity.
