I've been deep into the future of peptides.
And honestly? I've been curious where everyone's head is at with the whole RUO situation, the FDA pressure, the DOJ coming down on U.S. manufacturers—all of it.
So I did what I always do. I asked.
I ran a poll inside The Peptide Community with a simple question: "How do you want peptides handled going forward?"
52 people voted. And the results tell a very clear story about where this industry is headed.
The Results (Raw Numbers)
36 votes (69%) — Middle-ground RUO: bulk import from China + U.S. testing for purity, endotoxins, and sterility
9 votes (17%) — Telehealth only (Rx + doctor oversight — willing to pay more)
4 votes (8%) — Underground / cheapest option (price > everything)
3 votes (6%) — No-go on anything China (even if tested — I'm out)
Let that sink in.
Almost 70% of the community wants the middle path. Not blind trust in overseas manufacturing. Not overpriced telehealth with 400% markups. The sweet spot: quality peptides, properly tested in the U.S., at reasonable prices.
This tells me everything I need to know about where to focus.
The Three Pathways Forward
Here's how I see the peptide landscape shaping up—and where I'm putting my energy to make sure you have options no matter which route fits your situation:
PATHWAY 1: Telehealth (Rx + Doctor Oversight)
For some people, this is the move. You want a prescription, doctor oversight, and the peace of mind that comes with a legitimate medical relationship. I get it.
But here's the thing—not all telehealth is created equal.
I'm watching two companies closely right now:
BioLongevity Labs is making moves into the telehealth space. They mentioned January 1st as their target date, but honestly—I doubt it hits exactly then. These transitions are complex and take time. I'm waiting to see what they do. When they make that move, you'll hear about it here first.
Logic Health also has my attention. I'm doing my due diligence, watching how they operate, and evaluating their pricing and product catalog. Their approach to personalized care looks promising. I’ve attached their complete peptide catalog list. This will give you an idea of what telehealth peptide providers will look like. Atleast the good ones.
When I find telehealth companies that actually deliver—solid pricing AND comprehensive options—you'll know immediately.
And I need to say this: be careful out there.
Word on the inside is that some telehealth companies popping up are genuinely terrible. I'm hearing nightmare stories about Transcend—and look, I don't care how many famous ambassadors they've got plastered everywhere.
You cannot out-market a bad service.
Celebrity endorsements don't fix slow shipping. Big names don't fix customer service that ghosts you. Influencer deals don't fix overpriced products and zero follow-up care. I've seen the BBB complaints. I've heard from people who got upsold thousands of dollars on stuff they didn't need.
Do your homework. Or better yet—let me do it for you. That's literally why this community exists.
PATHWAY 2: China-Sourced, U.S. Tested
This is where 69% of you said you wanted to be. And honestly? I think this is where the market is heading.
Here's the reality: China manufactures the vast majority of research peptides globally. That's not changing. The question isn't "China or not China"—it's "tested or not tested."
A peptide synthesized overseas and then rigorously tested in the U.S. for purity, sterility, and endotoxins is a completely different product than something shipped direct with a questionable COA.
My prediction: Distribution companies are going to open up that bridge this gap. Bulk import, legitimate third-party U.S. testing, transparent results, reasonable pricing. The infrastructure is being built right now…. until the DOJ shuts this down too.
I've got my hands on the pulse of this. When these options become available, my community will know first.
PATHWAY 3: Underground
Only 4 people voted for this, and I respect the honesty.
Look—I'm not here to judge. Some people have been in this game long enough that they've got trusted sources and they're comfortable with the risk-reward calculation. That's their choice. I used to source my HCG from the underground market and might still do that if everything get’s locked down!
But for most people? This isn't the path. The risk of contamination, underdosed products, or straight-up bunk gear isn't worth saving a few bucks. Especially when better options are emerging.
Where I'm Taking The Peptide Community
Here's my commitment:
I'm not just going to watch this industry evolve—I'm going to make sure everyone in my community has access to whatever pathway they choose. With real information. With vetted options. With updates before they hit the mainstream.
Telehealth? I'm watching BioLongevity Labs' transition and keeping Logic Health on my radar. When I find winners, you'll know. When I find losers (looking at you, Transcend), you'll know that too.
China-sourced with U.S. testing? I'm in conversations. I'm watching the distribution landscape. When legitimate options emerge, my community gets first access and full transparency on testing results.
Underground? I'll make sure you know which sources have actual reputations versus which ones are playing Russian roulette with your health.
The point is this: the peptide industry isn't going anywhere.
There's legislation in the works right now for RUO companies. New pathways are opening up. The regulatory pressure has created short-term chaos, but it's also forcing the industry to mature. The sketchy operators are getting squeezed out. The legitimate players are finding ways to adapt.
2025 was uncertainty. 2026 is going to be clarity.
And The Peptide Community is going to be at the center of it.
If You're Stocking Up Before the Landscape Shifts... Last Day to Save BIG!
BioLongevity Labs is running their biggest sale right now:
→ 55% OFF with code LEE15 → Buy 3, Get 1 FREE → 25% store credit added to your account immediately
Three offers stacking. If you're grabbing GH secretagogues, healing peptides, or bioregulators before things shift—this is the window.
→ Limitless Life Nootropics is also running 40% OFF with code LEE20 if you need cognitive stacks or harder-to-find research compounds.
The Bottom Line
The game is changing. But it's not ending.
I've got my ear to the ground, I'm vetting every option that comes across my desk, and I'm building pathways so you have choices—not limitations.
Telehealth with oversight. China-sourced with U.S. verification. Or something in between. Whatever fits YOUR situation, I'm going to make sure you have access to it.
That's the mission. That's where we're headed.
2026 is going to be epic.
